Brian Goolsby, Director of Research, joins the team with over 10 years of market research and consumer insights experience with a focus on traditional, quantitative and qualitative methodologies. He earned his PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University and has a postdoctoral research fellowship in the Experimental Consumer Psychology Lab at Bangor University, Wales, UK. Brian’s focus is on supporting and expanding 360 Market Reach’s research offerings. He manages key accounts offering both a solid base of primary research and fresh perspectives.
Lindsey Burke, Marketing Director, brings over 15 years of experience leading traditional and digital marketing, public relations, brand development and event production across various industries including healthcare, technology, government and hospitality. Lindsey has a Master of Communications degree from The University of Hartford. In her new role, she focuses on increasing the 360 Market Reach brand presence and supports business development.
Theresa Trefz, Research Analyst, has 3 years of market research experience including data analysis, project management, qualitative research, perception studies, IHUTs, focus groups and online community management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree from Roger Williams University. Theresa provides research and account support to the growing 360 Market Reach business and team.
